DWC has partnered with BDO to host a free workshop for West Coast businesses to discover how to prepare your business for sale or exit.
Are you a business owner struggling to sell your business?
Are you looking at retiring and haven’t worked out what you will do with your business, or what options are available to you?
Are you looking to pass the business to a family member?
Would you like to plan ahead and learn the necessary skills and knowledge to successfully exit from your business sometime in the future?
DWC has partnered with BDO and is pleased to bring this free workshop to the West Coast business community as we relaunch our Business Capability Series.
Our first workshop aims to provide you with the skills and knowledge to create an effective plan and prepare to exit and / or sell your business, now or in the future. A business exit strategy is an important strategic approach all business owners should consider and is designed to maximise the business’s future value and facilitate a smooth transition, minimising potential risks and financial transactions.
The workshop will consist of an initial high-level discussion on how to exit your business, the options available to you, how to prepare for exit and a contextualised discussion on selling in our region. The facilitators will work through a planning checklist that ensures you and your business are ready for the future, be it selling, succession or something else and all that is required.
Don’t miss out on this great opportunity to learn more about this important step for all business owners!
- Sale of business
