Shoshy’s focus and passion are to enable people to find their niche, individually or in organisations. She draws on 19 years of business and community experience and eight years of career counselling. In the last three years, Shoshy has been working with Grey High School students, and during the last year, she has also been the Gateway Coordinator.

Shoshy’s key strengths are identifying barriers that impede people or projects and connecting people with the resources to achieve their goals individually or in teams.

She has a strong connection to her community. Through community projects such as Westland Community Organisation Grants Scheme, Fire and Emergency West Coast Local Advisory Committee, and Toki Pounamu Board of Trustees enhanced learning scheme, Shoshy has developed excellent relationships with business people, local employers, and educational institutions on the West Coast.
