This delightful short walk follows a stream through the rainforest. Glow worms can be seen along the trail.

  • 20 minutes
  • Easy access short walk - It's a great introduction to the forest for children and is suitable for wheelchairs and buggies.
  • No dogs or bicycles
  • Take a torch with you if walking after dark

Glow worms may be seen in the forest once it is dark.

This delightful short walk follows a small stream through the lush rainforest and loops back to the start point via Te Weheka Walkway and Cycleway.

The Minnehaha Walk starts off State Highway 6, approximately 50 metres past the Bella Vista Motel.
