Totara Bridge Station
With some of the world's most beautiful and rugged coastlines Totara Bridge Station is situated on the edge of the Tasman Sea. “Absolute beachfront” doesn’t do this location justice!
Set on 6 landscaped acre’s this is a brand-new RV park offering spacious, level, powered and unpowered sites and 12 quirky, upcycled shipping containers, or as we like to call them “Apartment pods” or “sleeping pods”. Each container has been individually designed and all offer a great night’s sleep. The Apartment & Studio Pods are fully self-contained, whilst the remaining Sleeper Pods have full access to the communal amenities of camp kitchen, ablution block, and guest laundry. Come and experience their unusual amenity whilst being at one with nature. From the brilliance of the ocean to the ever-changing backdrop of the Southern Alps, the untamed West Coast right at your door step never fails to deliver.
“On yer bike?”
With accommodation for all types of travellers we offer peaceful relaxation, or if you are more active, we are just 100m to the start (or finish) of the West Coast Wilderness Trail. So, if you are looking to complete the cycle trail we are the perfect spot to begin (we can host your car whilst you cycle) or spend your final night unwinding and relaxing after a hard day in the saddle.
We also have secure indoor storage for your bikes, luggage etc… just let us know what you need when you book.
Totara BrIdge StatIon being newly opened means we have many plans for adding extras, ie. free Bbq facilities at the camp kitchen, a covered outdoor dining experience, a large spa pool, camp fire pits for the winter season, TV lounge, etc… the list is endless really, it’s just a matter of time!
