WestReef

WestReef are a wholly Buller owned company, and we have some clear mandates, including being sustainable, profitable and adding value to our district and region. Our company has its foundations set firmly in the fabric of the West Coast, and we have a deep respect for our environment. We continually seek to improve the way we operate and how we can limit our environmental effects.

We are also continually looking for innovative ways to have a positive effect through our project work. A recent example of this is on the Paparoa Project where we have implemented a predator trapping programme in conjunction with Department of Conservation. WestReef are installating and monitoring a predator trapline along our trail construction corridor as a way of giving back to the pristine Paparoa National Park environs that we are fortunate enough to work in.
