The West Coast NOC Team was established in 2015 to manage the New Zealand Transport Agency (NZTA) Network Outcomes Contract (NOC) across the West Coast State Highway network. This contract includes asset, operational and maintenance management of the 878 km network.

While the Greymouth branch of Fulton Hogan is the lead contractor to NZTA for the NOC Team, it is only one part of a partnership with local West Coast businesses that collectively deliver the works. The key focus for the team has been to rely on local business expertise and this is a key element of the success of the collaboration to date.

The West Coast NOC Team is a partnership of nine local companies with approximately 90 staff dedicated across the highway network. These hardworking West Coast people, their can-do attitudes, and local pride ensures that the State Highway is in the best possible hands and condition.
