With the bold tagline “We Like It Wild, Hot and Steamy”, this campaign is aimed at positioning the West Coast as a place where winter is something to embrace, not escape.
The campaign encourages viewers to go wild with windswept walks and lush rainforest hikes, get hot with crackling fires and cosy accommodation, or soak in the steamy bliss of secluded hot tubs and natural springs.

The Winter 2025 campaign delivered strong results. Over 103K users engaged with the winter website content, and 2,362 booking clicks flowed through to operator sites – providing a clear path from awareness to action.
Video was the standout format: short 6-second “Wild” and “Steamy” cuts consistently achieved 90%+ completions and drove traffic across both NZ and AU.
Overall, the campaign proved effective at both building awareness and nudging audiences toward bookings.
