The West Coast Tourism Summit - Gearing for Growth.
For the fourth year, Development West Coast, in association with industry stakeholders, is bringing the region's tourism whānau together again to promote, connect and celebrate West Coast tourism.
The theme for this year, “Gearing for Growth”, underscores the importance of implementing a seasonal strategy, adapting to changing traveller expectations and leveraging digital advancements while nurturing our people, culture and environment.
The event brings together our tourism operators, stakeholders, and wider community including key organisations such as Tourism New Zealand and Christchurch International Airport Limited. We anticipate surpassing the 2024 audience of 170 attendees this year.
