Join us for a luncheon seminar to hear about recently announced employment law changes for 2025 with Duncan Cotterill. Partner Sarah Townsend and Senior Associate Julia Hurren will be sharing their insights.

Sarah is a specialist employment and health and safety lawyer with 25 years’ experience.  Sarah advises employers of all sizes from a wide range of industries on the full range of employment law issues, including restructuring, personal grievances, performance and disciplinary processes, bullying complaints, and drugs & alcohol in the workplace.  She regularly represents clients in Mediation, in the Employment Relations Authority and the Employment Court.  Her focus is on achieving pragmatic and commercial outcomes for her clients.

Julia is a Senior Associate in the Christchurch employment team. She has nearly 20 years’ experience and specialises in all aspects of employment law.
