As the Commercial Lending Manager, you’ll play a key role in this mission, assessing, structuring, and managing funding that directly supports commercial success and regional prosperity. As the ideal person to join this passionate and purpose-driven team, you’ll be:
- Experienced in commercial lending or finance, with strong business acumen
- Someone who can relate to all kinds of people; small business owners/start-ups, larger enterprise and professional service providers
- Confident in client-facing conversations and skilled at building trust across diverse industries
- Sharp with financial modelling, able to assess risk and opportunity
- Clear and persuasive in writing and able to produce high-quality executive summaries
- Motivated by doing work that truly makes a difference
Reporting to the CFO, you will manage the full lending lifecycle from application to in-depth due diligence and structured proposals, and present your findings to an independent Advisory Body and Trustees for funding approval.
