Reefton Distilling Co.

Reefton Distilling Co. is a modern distillery in an age-old town, our working distillery sits within the Victoria Forest Park, which comprises of over 2000 square kilometres of indigenous forests. Here we produce a range of international award winning premium spirits including our range of Little Biddy Gin, Wild Rain Vodka, Seasonal Fruit Liqueurs, Flavour Gallery Gin Series and our Moonlight Creek Whisky.

Our cellar door is sited in the heart of Reefton within the historic Harold Bros General Store, which has been carefully restored to accommodate our tasting lounge and retail store.

Here visitors are able to enjoy a tour and tasting, taking a look back at the history of Reefton, and the motivation to create a distillery in this part of Aotearoa, including a fascinating glimpse into the life of early pioneers Little Biddy, and George Fairweather Moonlight.

Visitors are also given an insight into the distilling process for our Moonlight Creek Whisky and Little Biddy Gin before getting to experience a selection of our products with a complimentary tasting.
