Go with Tourism, launched in 2019, is an initiative mandated by the New Zealand Government to build the Tourism & Hospitality workforce. Notable elements of the game-changing project is their Job Connector platform – dubbed ‘Tinder for Tourism’ by media – and their wide-ranging engagement programme to educate Kiwis on how successful Tourism work can be, break down negative stereotypes about the industry and pique the interest of a new generation of workers.
Go with Tourism aim to partner with all employers in the Tourism & Hospitality industry in a combined effort to create a sustainable workforce. All services are offered free of charge, from Go with Tourism’s Job Search Hub to their Pledge A Placement programme.
