About
Named in honor of owner Jennifer’s great-grandfather, Frank Bassano, who arrived on the West Coast in 1908, the restaurant pays tribute to his legacy. Frank, who managed the North Brunner Mine and is interred in the Reefton Cemetery, and his family hailed from Bassano Del Grappa in Italy.
At Bassano Pizza Parlour, Jennifer and her husband Nigel bring a touch of Italy to Reefton with their state-of-the-art cooking equipment, including an authentic wood-fired oven. With years of hospitality experience, they are dedicated to serving up delicious pizzas and drinks in a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
